  I have been back and forth to the dealership since Aug.2003 with problems such as: drivers seat noise- 4times,trans-3times,door weather- stripping-2times,sunroof motor- 1time,dash board rattle-3times and counting.plus other interior noises.I have filed a claim and will be going to arbitration in the near future.

  I just went in for my 1,000 mile check up. I have a gas tank that is supposed to hold 19 gallons of gas that only takes 15.5 gallons. The defect with either the gas tank or the computer system is not covered under the warrantee so I get to guess how far I can drive. Second, when applying gas on the highway and then letting up on the gas for a moment and then accelerating, there is a defect whereby the car bucks badly. When I told the technician about it he said that he knew about it asked if I thought I had been rear ended (I had). He told me that another Lexus model had already been recalled due to complaints.   Possible Lemon? - 2004 Lexus RX 330

  I wanted this car the moment I test drove it in April - got it in July. Problems started right away with the acceleration, dealer reset the transmission and it is somewhat better. but now there is a creaking/rattle in the windshield/dash area - dealer insulated it but it is back. did I get a lemon - paid 41,900 on a 44,900 sticker? anyone have any ideas?

  The worst car buying experience Ive ever had. Lexus Mission Viejo was unprofessional, unorganized and very disappointing. They lost my car & it took 3 trips back & forth until was exceptable I think the vehicle is great - nice ride, great interior, good features. I am very disappointed in my gas mileage - it has never acheived the estimated milage as advertised
